How to Keep Your Bones Strong

Having strong bones is vital for health and body condition. Along with the increasing of age, our bone strength also began to wane. Each movement that is done every day can make the hinges more and more weak. But we can make efforts to maintain the strength of our bones as below.

  1. Consumption of high calcium foods and vitamin D. There are several types of food that can fulfill this function, which can be found in the old green vegetables, broccoli, sardines, salmon, shellfish and milk.
  2. Try to not consume full grains and high calcium foods at the same time. Grains can bind calcium and prevent absorption fluency.
  3. Enjoy the foods that contain sulfur, such as the best that are on the garlic and onion.
  4. Avoid foods or drinks that contain phosphoric like soft drink. Foods and drinks that contain phosphate can remove calcium from our bodies.
  5. Reduce or avoid food with high animal protein. It can cause calcium vapor from our body.
  6. Reduce caffeine consumption.
  7. Do exercise every day. Exercise can reduce body weight, such as running, dancing are good for bone health.
  8. Consumption of calcium supplements, magnesium and vitamin D if you are not sure with the usual eating pattern you do.
