Healthy Food Stock for Children

Children has returned to school. Their hard activities must be offset with feed high nutritious and healthy food. Snacks in the school are not able to meet the nutritional needs of children and the cleanness is not also guaranteed.

Therefore, prepare a fruit stock for your children. No need to create a complex stock, the most important is nutrient needs of children is met. Provide lunch on the food stock of your children make up more secure and you can control what they eat. Ask them to always eat up the stock that they bring. Here are some things you should know in preparing food stock for your children.

- Limit the snacks in the stock. Such as, dry packaged cakes, potato chips or sweet foods
- Always bring the children mineral water, milk or fresh juice
- Also put the fruit or vegetable menu into the stock
- To keep the children not too many consume sugar, bring with it candy or pudding that is low of sugar.
- Look lively the portion; do not too much or too few.

Also provide knowledge about healthy food and healthy eating patterns to your children. Later it can develop into healthy eating habits that have positive effect for their growth and health.
