Fat Consumption for The Children

Parents do not need worry to give the feed fat to their children as long as still on the recommended portion. Fat is needed for the growth of children, including brain growth. The right feed nutrition is needed for optimizing growth of a child. Everyday child needs a balanced diet that is consisting feed of carbohydrate, fat, protein, vitamins, and minerals.

Feed nutrition can be obtained from a variety of food consumed. Fat consumption to 30 percent of the total energy required every day to absorb the most important vitamins, like vitamin A, D, E, and K.

There are three problem of nutrition, the less nutrition, over nutrition, and malnutrition which each indication have a different result. To avoid them is need the composition balance of carbohydrate (45-65 percent), protein (10-25 percent), fat at least 30 percent, vitamins and various other absolute given to children to help optimize the physical growth, brain development, accomplishment, and social maturity.

A smart planning food by the parents is required in order to make a healthy eating pattern, controlled, and fun. The key is the number of calories as needed, regularly scheduled meals, and food types with the composition of carbohydrate, protein, and fat balance, in addition to the specific nutrient meet.
