It is important to check our blood sugar level as often as we can. We need it because we consumes lots of sugar everyday, know or not. Maybe you will say that you always control your sugar consumption, but you often drink many cans of soda or eat canned soup. These two foods contain lot of simple sugars. Because our bad habit and lack of information about the dangerous of too-much-sugars in our body, we might make mistakes in the past.

Now is the right time to count every spoon of sugar that in to our body. This is important because in fact, many aged 20 or older Americans (it’s about 1 million) are diagnosed with diabetes every year. If you want to avoid diabetes, just simple, you have to adjusting your eating habits. Instead of eat candy, chocolate, ice cream and soda when you are watching television, why don’t you make healthy cheap snack or food by your own.

You can try making fruity salad that contains vitamin A, C, and lots of fibers. Beside have natural sugar, it’s also can help you keep your blood sugar level in balance. Instead purchase potato chips that contain lots of sugar, carbohydrate, salt, and Monosodium glutamate, you can try to make sweet bake potato.
